Our REACH status
- At this stage we intend to pre-register all the substances we supply within the regulatory time frame of 1st June 2008 to 1st December 2008.
- Following pre-registration of the substances supplied by Racing Colours Limited REACH Regulations will allow us a period up to 2018 to fully register all substances. This means there will be no immediate threat, if any, to the continuity of supply.
- As a downstream user of substances we are also consulting with our suppliers to ascertain their intentions regarding REACH and will ensure that our uses are covered by the relevant registrations.
- We will co-operate with our customers and suppliers to ensure all end uses are included in the relevant exposure scenarios subject to commercial confidentiality restrictions.
- We have appointed Foscolor Technology Limited to handle all matters concerning the implementation of the REACH Regulations.
